Package Delivered But Not Found?

Once your order status changes from Processing to Shipped, you will receive an email automatically notifying you of your order being shipped and the  tracking number. Please be sure to safe list us from spam.

You can always check your order status on your as well under order history. Simply login to get to your order history and find the tracking for your order.

Our shipping is a flat rate via USPS Priority Mail/UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Ground, ensuring delivery within 2-3 days across the continental US is $9.99 – $12.50.

UPS 2nd day air (Monday – Friday only) packages purchased with 2nd day Air on Saturday will ship Monday. Day of shipping does not count towards the 2 days.

Delivery may take longer due to delays outside of our control or holidays.
